Client fills out "Trade In Valuation" application.

Within five days from the preview, the
guarantee company sets an appointment
to meet with you. At that time, a guarantee
proposal is submitted for your review.

The guarantee company prepares the Guaranteed Sales Agreement
and the property is listed!
